    WARRANTY INFORTATION

    Neebol Tattoo Supply offers original manufacturer warranty for all tattoo machines and products. The warranty is for a year from the date of purchase. If there are any issues with your machine under warranty, please send the details along with your receipt to our email: neebol@hotmail.com.

    Please notice that It is voided if you overlubricate or drop your machine or use your machine in a function it’s not intended for. It’s also voided if you use non-authorized parts or attempt to open the motor yourself.

    For non-machine items, please contact our team as we handle this on a case-by-case basis.

    The Warranty is non-transferrable and applies only to the original owner. Neebol Tattoo Supply reserves the right to make exceptions on an individual basis.

    Q: Is this tattoo machine kit suitable for beginners?

    A: Absolutely. Our kit includes everything you need for a complete tattoo session. The quality of this product is premium and is specifically designed to meet the needs of beginners with no tattoo experience. Please ensure that the tattoo environment has high standards of sterilization. The artist should use new, disposable needles.     Q: Why did my tattoo pen stop working?

    A: Please check: The connection of each part of the tattoo kit to make sure it is not loose. The recommended voltage range is 4-10V. Higher voltage might result in irritated skin and damage to the tattoo pen. Make sure the tattoo cartridge needle is not stuck in the tattoo gun.

    Was afraid I got the wrong one but my husband got it on his pen and it turned right on! Very light and durable. Also a great price if you’re wanting something that won’t break the bank!!

    Not The Best

    It works, but I only got roughly 1.5 hours of run time off a full charge. Ok for practicing on fake skin, but absolutely will not use on a client. It also makes my machine extremely top heavy and more difficult to keep steady.

    this was a very good working product id advise everyone to buy this produced because it works very well and chargers very fast and the charge on it last for days weeks and even months.

    Great battery for wireless machines, suitable as primary or backup

    Recently decided to take up tattooing as a hobby. Picked up an entry level cordless kit as I didn't want to break the bank if I didn't end up liking it or my skills turned out to be trash. I found that when practicing I would run the battery down pretty quick so I wanted to to have an alternate to work on while the primary one is charging.This unit had easy to use controls, even when wrapped with a plastic sleeve. Power output is consistent during use and it's a perfect direct fit to most machines (mine is a Wormhole) due to the RCA connector. Came pre-charged at about 80 percent, only took about 5 minutes to charge to "full". I say full in quotations because it stopped charging at 99 percent and wouldn't go higher. Guessing this is just a limit to the character position on the LCD itself.
