Shipping Policy
1. Where you can ship to?
Up to now, Neebol can ship the package to the most of the mainland of the United States except Hawaii and Alaska. Also, we may expand our distribution to all parts of the world in the future. If you still don't sure about it, please contact us and leave us a message.
2. What is the shipping cost?
Free shipping for orders over $30, or extra $4.99 would be charged.
3. What is the shipping time?
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order Confirmation--Stock Check--Quality Check--Packaging.
All orders will be sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The warehouse usually take additional 1~3 business days to ship the package. After the parcel is shipped out, you will receive a notification email with tracking number for your order.
Shipping time: This refers to the time when the order is shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, it usually takes 5~7 business days to arrive at their destination, but it may be a bit delay for some unpredictable factors.

4. Will I need to pay for the tax?
The payment doesn't include the tax, we won't charge the custom tax while you placing an order. Whether it will be taxed or not depends on the local custom, once your are taxed by the customs, you need to pay for the tax yourself.
The shipping time is up to multiple factors, like the destination country, customs, weather, limited flight caused by and so on, which is really unpredictable. That is what we are working on all the time to improve and make it better.
