WARRANTY INFORTATION

Neebol Tattoo Supply offers original manufacturer warranty for all tattoo machines and products. The warranty is for a year from the date of purchase. If there are any issues with your machine under warranty, please send the details along with your receipt to our email: neebol@hotmail.com.

Please notice that It is voided if you overlubricate or drop your machine or use your machine in a function it’s not intended for. It’s also voided if you use non-authorized parts or attempt to open the motor yourself.

For non-machine items, please contact our team as we handle this on a case-by-case basis.

The Warranty is non-transferrable and applies only to the original owner. Neebol Tattoo Supply reserves the right to make exceptions on an individual basis.

FAQ

Q: Is this tattoo machine kit suitable for beginners?

A: Absolutely. Our kit includes everything you need for a complete tattoo session. The quality of this product is premium and is specifically designed to meet the needs of beginners with no tattoo experience. However, we highly recommend you to read the instructions carefully and spend time practicing on the practice skin which comes with the package. Please ensure that the tattoo environment has high standards of sterilization. The artist should use new, disposable needles. After getting your tattoo, keep the tattoo clean, moisturized, and protected from the sun.

Q: Why did my tattoo pen stop working?

A: Please check: The connection of each part of the tattoo kit to make sure it is not loose. The recommended voltage range is 4-10V. Higher voltage might result in irritated skin and damage to the tattoo pen. Make sure the tattoo cartridge needle is not stuck in the tattoo gun.

Great beginner machine.

This is a decent starter machine for practicing. I don’t think it has enough power to handle the long haul of an actual session. To keep the pace the entire time. But practice on fake skin,,, sure.

Fancy little intermediate machine.

This incredible little machine has a very cool looking finish and its led screen pops when people see it for the first time. This is followed up by the ability to create flawless lines while being amazingly silent. This is great for any person just starting or familiar with tattooing.

Enjoy but comes apart

I really enjoy this for PMU and my students but I find it falls apart where the battery is very easily during treatment.

Ok, i wasn’t expecting to like this small machine but it’s growing on me. Easy to handle with less vibration and it smaller to grip. Overall it’s not bad

I like this machine so far. I like the design. It’s pretty thin, lightweight and easy to hold and easy to operate. Has worked pretty well so far. A decent machine for beginners.
