    WARRANTY INFORTATION

    Neebol Tattoo Supply offers original manufacturer warranty for all tattoo machines and products. The warranty is for a year from the date of purchase. If there are any issues with your machine under warranty, please send the details along with your receipt to our email: neebol@hotmail.com.

    Please notice that It is voided if you overlubricate or drop your machine or use your machine in a function it’s not intended for. It’s also voided if you use non-authorized parts or attempt to open the motor yourself.

    For non-machine items, please contact our team as we handle this on a case-by-case basis.

    The Warranty is non-transferrable and applies only to the original owner. Neebol Tattoo Supply reserves the right to make exceptions on an individual basis.

    Q: Is this tattoo machine kit suitable for beginners?

    A: Absolutely. Our kit includes everything you need for a complete tattoo session. The quality of this product is premium and is specifically designed to meet the needs of beginners with no tattoo experience. However, we highly recommend you to read the instructions carefully and spend time practicing on the practice skin which comes with the package. Please ensure that the tattoo environment has high standards of sterilization. The artist should use new, disposable needles. After getting your tattoo, keep the tattoo clean, moisturized, and protected from the sun.

    Q: Why did my tattoo pen stop working?

    A: Please check: The connection of each part of the tattoo kit to make sure it is not loose. The recommended voltage range is 4-10V. Higher voltage might result in irritated skin and damage to the tattoo pen. Make sure the tattoo cartridge needle is not stuck in the tattoo gun.

    Great little gun for light use

    Here’s a decent kit especially if you’re stating out. It comes with almost everything you need to get started, you will have to ad a couple small things and add to your consumables. The inks are basic, and I would use them for practice and get some nicer ones if you are intending on doing human skin. The practice skin will get you going, but I would invest in some better, more realistic skin so you learn closer to how you will actually be tattooing. The gun / pen itself is finished really nicely, is pretty quiet and smooth, The screen is great, giving you all the info you need (don’t really need much). It has the option of running off of the battery, or putting the other attachment on, you can run it from a power supply (you would buy that separately). All in all a good basic kit to get you off the ground and on your journey!

    Nice lightweight beginner's kit for practice

    So, for the price it's a serviceable machine and kit. I've reviewed well over have a dozen machines/kits and I can't say this is near the top. But, it's probably one of the least expensive. If you can't afford to get something like a Mast kit and can only get this, you'll be able to make it work. I used it on practice skin and it was usable.Is it better than a jailhouse kit? Sure. Is it as good as one you could get by dropping a little extra coin? Definitely not.

    Easy to use!

    Ive never used a tattoo gun before and have always been interested in trying. I haven't learned much yet but I have found this kit super useful! It basically has everything you need to start practicing. It was easy to set up and get started with and comes with a bunch of needles and colors!

    Excellent tattoo set

    This tattoo set has some transfer paper, ink, cups, a thin practice skin, sanitary products, and plenty of needles to get you started. I bought thicker practice skins as the one included is too thin, and the transfer paper is almost unusable because they roll it up too tight. However, I am pleasantly surprised with the quality of the tattoo gun. It has an extensive power range, and I love that you can adjust the needle length by twisting the shaft. The shaft has a wide grip and feels great while working. You have to be careful since it isn't like typical guns that quickly turn off by letting go of the switch, but instead continuously on until you click the button at the top side of the gun. Overall, I love it and plan to switch to real skin eventually.

    My nephue is a pro and he said this is a beginner for sure

    First, let me note that I have very little working knowledge of tattooing or the equipment. However, my nephew is a pro and I showed it to him, just for his opinion. He immediately realized it was a beginner system. Now, with that being said, let's move on to the product.We picked it up, just to try our hand out at tattooing on the fake skin and even picked up some others for testing. It really is a fun device to practice with on the fake skin. Trust me, you wouldn't want me near real skin at this point but, I will keep practicing, if the product keeps working. We are using it in wireless mode and believe it comes with everything needed for practicing. Again, we are beginners and will never be pro ... I think at least.
