WARRANTY INFORTATION

Neebol Tattoo Supply offers original manufacturer warranty for all tattoo machines and products. The warranty is for a year from the date of purchase. If there are any issues with your machine under warranty, please send the details along with your receipt to our email: neebol@hotmail.com.

Please notice that It is voided if you overlubricate or drop your machine or use your machine in a function it’s not intended for. It’s also voided if you use non-authorized parts or attempt to open the motor yourself.

For non-machine items, please contact our team as we handle this on a case-by-case basis.

The Warranty is non-transferrable and applies only to the original owner. Neebol Tattoo Supply reserves the right to make exceptions on an individual basis.

Q: Is this tattoo machine kit suitable for beginners?

A: Absolutely. Our kit includes everything you need for a complete tattoo session. The quality of this product is premium and is specifically designed to meet the needs of beginners with no tattoo experience. However, we highly recommend you to read the instructions carefully and spend time practicing on the practice skin which comes with the package. Please ensure that the tattoo environment has high standards of sterilization. The artist should use new, disposable needles. After getting your tattoo, keep the tattoo clean, moisturized, and protected from the sun.

Q: Why did my tattoo pen stop working?

A: Please check: The connection of each part of the tattoo kit to make sure it is not loose. The recommended voltage range is 4-10V. Higher voltage might result in irritated skin and damage to the tattoo pen. Make sure the tattoo cartridge needle is not stuck in the tattoo gun.

Help

Has anyone had trouble getting theirs to turn on? The screen comes on when it’s on the charger but won’t work when I unplug it. It has 4 bars

Definitely an okay beginner machine. I’ve since upgraded but it can get the job done for your first few months of practicing.

This tattoo machine has been amazing! I tried another brand and it didn’t work at all so I decided to try this one out and it has worked flawlessly! Plus I’ve used it off and on for weeks at a time before I have to recharge again! Absolutely love it! Picture is of my first try!

Great product

It works well and does the job however I would’ve wished to not have ink exploded. If you check the pictures though it did explode, the packaging kept it contained within its package so that there was not ink everywhere. So props to the company for preparing for the inevitable shipping damage!!!
