Neebol Tattoo Supply offers original manufacturer warranty for all tattoo machines and products. The warranty is for a year from the date of purchase. If there are any issues with your machine under warranty, please send the details along with your receipt to our email: neebol@hotmail.com.

Please notice that It is voided if you overlubricate or drop your machine or use your machine in a function it’s not intended for. It’s also voided if you use non-authorized parts or attempt to open the motor yourself.

For non-machine items, please contact our team as we handle this on a case-by-case basis.

The Warranty is non-transferrable and applies only to the original owner. Neebol Tattoo Supply reserves the right to make exceptions on an individual basis.

A: Please check: The connection of each part of the tattoo kit to make sure it is not loose. The recommended voltage range is 4-10V. Higher voltage might result in irritated skin and damage to the tattoo pen. Make sure the tattoo cartridge needle is not stuck in the tattoo gun.

I've been wanting to learn how to tattoo. I got this because it has everything you need to get started. I've been practicing on fake skin so it seems to work great and the inks are of good quality and leave a rich color. The battery life seems to last quite a bit. For somebody who is just new to this. This is an awesome tool.

Perfect for Beginners

This Gold, Pen Style Tattoo Gun is great for artists just starting out looking for a nicely weighted gun with a low price point. Comes with everything you need to get started. The machine itself is nice and professional looking. Easy to load and feels great in your hand. Not too much of a vibration. Capable of nice detailed line work and shading. Charges quickly and holds a charge for a decent amount of time. It states it has a 6 hour run time. I've personally run it for 5 hours with no issue!

Good starter kit

It came with a lot so if you're just starting up this is a good kit since you'll get an idea of what you normally need. It feels okay in the hand, wish it was a bit heavier but that is a personal preference. The screen is a nice feature. Battery life could be better. The cartridges are great. If you want to take tattooing on as a hobby or just dip your toes in this is a good value.

I like this machine so far. Love the red color and design. It’s pretty thin, lightweight and easy to hold and easy to operate. Comes with most of what you need to get started. Has worked pretty well so far. I love the cartridges that it comes with as well. Battery life is decent but could be better. Good little starter kit for beginners!
