    WARRANTY INFORTATION

    Neebol Tattoo Supply offers original manufacturer warranty for all tattoo machines and products. The warranty is for a year from the date of purchase. If there are any issues with your machine under warranty, please send the details along with your receipt to our email: neebol@hotmail.com.

    Please notice that It is voided if you overlubricate or drop your machine or use your machine in a function it’s not intended for. It’s also voided if you use non-authorized parts or attempt to open the motor yourself.

    For non-machine items, please contact our team as we handle this on a case-by-case basis.

    The Warranty is non-transferrable and applies only to the original owner. Neebol Tattoo Supply reserves the right to make exceptions on an individual basis.

    Q: Is this tattoo machine kit suitable for beginners?

    A: Absolutely. Our kit includes everything you need for a complete tattoo session.     Q: Why did my tattoo pen stop working?

    A: Please check: The connection of each part of the tattoo kit to make sure it is not loose. The recommended voltage range is 4-10V. Higher voltage might result in irritated skin and damage to the tattoo pen. Make sure the tattoo cartridge needle is not stuck in the tattoo gun.

    Good quality set of tattoo needle cartridges.

    This is a good, solid set of twenty tattoo needle cartridges. Nothing really exceptional about these, but they are all nicely made, and of good materials.These twenty cartridges are all built using the number 12 needles, and they include 10 shaders, and 10 liners. The shaders are: 1207RM (5), and 1209RM (5), while the liners are: 1203RL (5), and 1205RL (5). There are nice features, and I'll point them out.The number 12 needle is the traditional tattoo needle size, and it is on the thicker side (0.35mm), and has a shorter taper (2.0mm). They stay relatively sharp, and they pack a lot of ink in.These cartridge are made of a thick medical grade plastic, with a light greenish tint. They have a large window (or port) above the well & tip. The top cap is silicone rubber (black on the liners, red on the shaders), and there is also a silicone rubber diaphragm within. This stops ink from traveling up the cartridge to the pen, and also provides rebound for the needle bar.All the cartridges are factory sterilized. They are then packed in individual blister packs, and printed on the reverse with size & style, lot number, and date of expiration.A very good quality set, and handy to have in these sizes. A solid value.
